找房是件体力活
网上贴的全是中介，还都敢堂而皇之的要先交中介费后看房，或是代收房租，真是活见鬼了！就算有十个胆子也不敢把钱交到这帮没影儿的皮包公司手里。几个大中介态度还好，不过房源也是紧张。北大安居倒是不错，跟房东签，只收一次性中介费，可惜他们的房源实在是少得可怜啊～～
话说回来，这年头中介的手也太快了。老婆在BBS上看到一条，刚发了不到一个小时，打电话过去问，说已经有中介去看过房子了，汗……
唉，绝望了。这年头找房子，动手要早，身体要好。准备贴条去……
